1. Full Stack Developer (Angular Specialist)

Profimax Digiconnect Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in full-stack development and proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular framework for front-end development.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive web interfaces.
- Work with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and databases (MySQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL) to build and optimize server-side logic.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for improved functionality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js/Express.js or any similar framework.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.

Position Overview: As the Head of Sales for IoT, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for Profimax Digiconnect’s suite of IoT products and solutions. You will lead a dynamic sales team, build strategic relationships, and work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales objectives with the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for IoT products, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Set clear performance expectations and deliver on company revenue objectives through strategic initiatives.
2. Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within key industry sectors.
- Develop relationships with senior-level decision-makers to expand business opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
- Lead strategic negotiations and close sales deals with both existing and prospective clients.
- Continuously assess market trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and approach.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer engagement, helping clients understand the value of IoT solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and relationship management post-sale to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the IoT or industrial technology space.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth within the IoT or industrial technology domain.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, industrial automation, and related solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting and CRM tools.
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
